Default has Google lost his way?

When I search for "lycatelshop" term I get two search results of the same page. the page indexed with IP address is first on the list but the one indexed by the domain name is fourth? Does Google think these are different pages from differed websites? Most of my pages are indexed by IP thought my website has reverse DNS. How can I contact Google?
