Hi everyone, I am a newbie here and I'm here because I want some advices and opinions from you guys regarding with our plan. Me and my buddy have planned to launch an online business. As we were gathering some tips or guidelines, this page Business 2.0: Innovation in Communication catches our attention. It tackles about on one-on-one communication with the customers. Of course it is very important to have better relation with your customers. Can you lend me your advices and suggestions guys, if is it worth to focus this page as we will follow to have a progressive business? Any inputs with you will be deeply appreciated.

Yes, it will help. The blog tells relevant points on handling a business wherein you have the business set-up already. In your case, since you still have to start with your own business why not try to decide first your own business models and your niche. Then decide on what online marketing strategy you will use for your business. Obviously much consideration will need to be given to several conditions such as startup costs, equipment needs, and even your own skill sets. However before you even get this far you will first need to decide upon 3 very important areas of your new business that are much more fundamental in nature which I mention above: Business Model, Niche and Marketing Strategy. In fact your success will rely heavily upon the decisions you make in these areas.

out a couple of surveys on each site and they took forever then at
the end they wanted me to buy things or I couldn't complete the
survey.

These are complete scams so be aware!!! I couldn't believe they
were even allowed to sell such bogus products.


Then about 2 weeks ago I was watching the news and they had some
vice presidents and marketing managers of some major multi million
dollar companies talking about a site that they personally work
with to pay consumers for their opinion, A site that actually just
wants the "average Joe's" honest opinion on products and services
and is willing to pay big money to get them.
